What is Brie?

Brie is a browser extension that helps developers and QA teams capture and report bugs with full context — automatically. Instead of writing vague bug reports, Brie captures screenshots, video recordings, session replays, console logs, and network data in one click.

What's a slice? In Brie, a "slice" is a bug report — a single package containing your screenshots, video, session replay, and all the technical context (console logs, network data, device info) captured at the time of the bug.

How it works

  1. You spot a bug while browsing or testing.
  2. Click the Brie extension icon to capture a screenshot, record a video, or review a session replay.
  3. A preview appears in the bottom-right corner. Click Edit to annotate, then add a description — Brie automatically attaches console errors, network requests, and device info.
  4. Share the bug report (called a "slice") with your team via a shareable link.

Your team gets everything they need to reproduce and fix the bug — no back-and-forth required.

Key features

  • Screenshots — Capture the full screen, viewport, or a custom area. Annotate with arrows, shapes, text, highlighter, and blur.
  • Video recording — Record your browser tab or desktop with optional microphone audio. Trim before saving.
  • Session replay — Captures the last minute of user interactions for full DOM playback.
  • Automatic context — Console errors, network requests, browser info, and device details are captured behind the scenes.
  • Agentic fix suggestions — After you report a bug, Brie's agent analyzes the context and prepares a code fix for your approval.
  • Shareable links — Every slice gets a unique URL you can share with anyone. Issue tracker integrations coming soon.
