How is the health score weighted?
The five metrics are combined using weighted importance: Usage Score (25%), Engagement Score (25%), Renewal Likelihood (20%), NPS Score (15%), and Support Tickets (15%, inverted so fewer tickets = higher score).
What do the risk levels mean?
Healthy (score ≥ 70) indicates a customer likely to renew and expand. At-Risk (40–69) signals a customer who needs proactive attention. Critical (below 40) means high churn probability requiring immediate intervention.
How should I score support tickets?
Support tickets are inverted — a higher ticket count lowers the health score since it indicates friction. Enter the raw number of tickets raised in the last 30 days; the calculator normalises this against a scale.
Can I customise the weights?
The default weights reflect common industry practice. For a fully customisable model, export the output and adjust weights in your own spreadsheet or CSP platform.
Is my data safe?
