Linear Integration

Connect Brie to Linear to push bug reports directly into your team's workflow. The Linear integration is managed through the Brie web app.

Connecting Linear

1. Go to app.briehq.com.
2. Navigate to Settings > Integrations.
3. Click Connect next to Linear.
4. Authorize Brie in the Linear OAuth popup.
5. Select the Linear team and project to sync with.

Once connected, you can push slices to Linear from the web app.

Pushing a slice to Linear

1. Open a slice in the Brie web app.
2. Click Push to Linear.
3. Choose the team, project, and assignee (optional).
4. Click Create issue.

Brie creates a Linear issue with:

• The slice title as the issue title.
• The description, screenshots, and video as the issue body.
• A link back to the full slice in Brie (with session replay, console logs, and network data).

Pro tip: Set a default Linear team and project in your integration settings so you can push slices with a single click.

Disconnecting

1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Click Disconnect next to Linear.

Existing Linear issues created by Brie are not deleted.
